What material are the earrings made of?
Our earrings are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly material derived from renewable resources like corn starch. It’s safe, non-toxic, and allows us to create beautiful, intricate designs just for you.
Why do I see fine lines on my earrings?
Since our earrings are 3D printed, fine lines may be visible on the surface. This is a natural part of the printing process and not a defect. It adds to the unique character of each piece without affecting quality or durability. 😊
What if the earring hook or stud become tarnished?
Over time, earring hooks or studs may darken or tarnish, but they can be easily refreshed! ✨
To clean them, mix a small amount of baking soda with water to create a paste. Gently rub it onto the tarnished area using a soft cloth or toothbrush, then rinse and dry thoroughly. This method works well for silver and stainless steel.
Alternatively, you can use white toothpaste and an old toothbrush to gently scrub the hooks or studs for a couple of minutes. This helps restore their shine, leaving them bright and refreshed! 😊
Are the earrings safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our PLA earrings are safe for sensitive skin as the material is non-toxic and hypoallergenic. The hooks or posts are typically made from metals like stainless steel or silver—please check the product description for details.
You can purchase an upgrade if you wish and purchase earrings assembled with surgical stainless steel. ( extra $2)
Are your earrings lightweight?
Yes, our earrings are incredibly lightweight, typically weighing between 1-5g, making them comfortable for all-day wear.
How durable are your earrings?
Our 3D-printed PLA earrings are durable and perfect for everyday wear, but they’re not designed to be bent. Handle them with care to keep them looking their best!
How do I clean the earrings?
To clean your PLA earrings, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals. For the stainless steel or silver hooks and studs, you can polish them with a jewelry cleaning cloth or use a mild soap solution if they tarnish. Dry thoroughly before wearing to keep them in great condition!
How do I store your earrings?
Hang earrings on a jewelry stand to keep them organized and prevent damage.
Store in a soft-lined jewelry box or small containers to avoid scratches.
Keep earrings separate from other jewelry to prevent tangling and friction.
Use ziplock bags or airtight containers to protect against dust and moisture.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat, as some 3D-printed materials can warp.
Keep away from makeup, hair products, tanning products, and perfume to prevent stains.

Will the colour fade over time?
The colour of your PLA earrings is long-lasting, but like any material, they may fade slightly over time with extended exposure to sunlight or harsh conditions. To keep them vibrant, store them in a cool, dry place and handle them with care!
Are your earrings water-resistant?
Our PLA earrings are water-resistant and can handle humid conditions, but it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming or showering, to keep them looking their best.
Are your earrings environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our earrings are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly material that is biodegradable under industrial conditions. While PLA does not break down in home compost or garden soil, it is still a more sustainable option compared to traditional plastics.

Orders are processed and produced within 1-3 business days.
We don’t process orders on weekends, so if you place an order on Saturday, it will be processed between Monday and Wednesday.
If Monday is a public holiday, processing will take place between Tuesday and Thursday and so on.

No Prolonged Water Exposure: While splash-resistant, avoid wearing them during swimming, bathing, or heavy rain to preserve their structure and glow.
Handle with Care: PLA is durable but can be brittle under stress. Avoid bending or applying pressure to delicate areas.
Store Properly: Keep earrings in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their shape and glow properties.
Charge for Maximum Glow: For the best glow effect, expose your earrings to sunlight or UV light before use.
Not for Small Children: Due to small parts, the earrings are not recommended for children under 3 years old.

What material are they from?
Our earrings are 3D-printed using PLA Glow filament, a high-quality material infused with luminous powder. This special additive allows the earrings to glow in the dark. PLA Glow maintains the excellent durability, smooth finish, and eco-friendliness of traditional PLA while adding a magical light-up effect
How do I make these earrings glow?
In addition to sunlight ☀️, UV light 🔦, and a torch/phone flashlight 📱, you can also brighten glow-in-the-dark earrings using the following methods:
Blacklight (UV-A Lamp) 💡 – A blacklight is highly effective at charging glow-in-the-dark items quickly, making it perfect for when you need a strong glow in a short time.
LED Flashlight 🔆 – A bright white LED flashlight can also do a great job of charging the earrings quickly.
Room Light (Fluorescent or LED Bulbs) 💡 – While not as effective as direct sunlight or UV light, bright indoor lights can still charge the glow, especially if placed close to the source.
How long do they take to charge?
Our luminous earrings are made with delicate PLA filament and a hint of glow powder — just let them soak up a little light and watch the magic appear.
Sunlight, UV, or even a bright lamp will do the trick — the more light they drink in, the brighter they’ll shine. Since they’re beautifully fine and lightweight, glow strength varies, but if the shimmer starts to fade, just give them a quick light boost and they’ll sparkle again. 💫
Why do my earrings have some darker spots on them?
Inconsistent Glow Activation
Cause: Glow-in-the-dark materials charge by absorbing light. If one side was exposed to less light during charging (due to orientation or shading), it would glow less, appearing darker.
Solution: Ensure the entire piece is exposed to strong light for an equal amount of time before observing the glow.
How long will the glow last?
High-quality glow powders retain their glow properties for 10-20 years, but their brightness may fade slightly over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and wear.
If the earrings are well cared for (kept dry and properly charged), they should still glow even after many years, though slightly dimmer than when new.
