Shipping Policy
Just a quick heads-up: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete name or an invalid address, we’re not able to cover the return shipping costs on our end. In that case, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the original shipping fee.
We always want to make sure your goodies arrive safely, so double-checking your details really helps!
Processing and Production Times
Orders are processed and produced within 1-3 business days.
We don’t process orders on weekends, so if you place an order on Saturday, it will be processed between Monday and Wednesday.
If Monday is a public holiday, processing will take place between Tuesday and Thursday and so on.
Shipping Times
To get an estimate when to expect the order please tally processing time 3 business days + approximate shipping time as per below.
We ship parcels with Australia Post as standard parcels with tracking.
Within Australia & NZ
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate, delivery within 2–8 business days.
Express Shipping: $15 flat rate, delivery within 1–4 business days.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $60.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or disruptions beyond our control. However, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!
International Shipping:
Flat Rate: $25 for all international orders
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100.
Delivery times for overseas orders
Estimated delivery times for overseas orders are approximate and may vary.
Please note that additional delays can occur if the parcel is held in customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Japan: 4-7 business days
Singapore: 4-7 business days
Austria: 12-17 business days
Germany: 6-9 business days
Switzerland: 6-10 business days
The United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
Canada: 5-9 business days
The United States: 5-9 business days
New Zealand: 4-7 business days
